Traveler 9.0.1 Linux 64 install graphics mode

I updated my Domino server running on Linux 64 (OpenSUSE) from 9.0 to 9.0.1 with no problem. But when I attempt to run the Traveler installer it starts in console mode, asks me to select a location (language) then quits saying the graphic mode is not supported. I've tried using the -i startup option to force Console or GUI mode with no change in behavior. I'm hesitant to try -i Silent because I would then have no way to back out a failed upgrade.

Any insight would be appreciated. I know just enough Linux administration to be a danger to myself and others!

David,

first, edit installer.properties file and once done, run ./silentinstall

Than should do the trick.

Silent install
I opened a PMR and was told Silent was the only option that would work. It ran just fine. It's not really "silent" -- just not interactive. It gives you progress and success indication, which was my main concern when I heard "silent".
